Shipping Info: Shipping prices vary based on how large your order is. Channel 37 does not profit from any shipping costs and only charges what our partners charge. You can expect roughly $4-6 for 1-2 items, under 15oz. Since everything is made to order just for you, processing times are about 5 business days and you will be emailed a tracking link once it ships. Shipping within the US is 3-5 business days with Canada being 5-7 business days.
Return Policy: You hate it? Are you kidding? I'm going to cry. I put my heart and soul into that piece. We are no longer friends. Since each product ordered is made specifically for you, at the time of purchase, Channel 37 cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are a small business and love to help our customers in any way possible and super duper appreciate your support in all ways. Please make sure you read the measurements of products thoroughly so you purchase the correct size. If you feel there is a defect to your item, please reach out within 15 days of delivery, along with photos and a description of the issue for review.
